Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Develop and evaluate care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and complications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to enhance patient care. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and home care procedures. Participate in professional development and research to maintain current in the field. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage both acute and chronic illnesses. Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must hold a current, valid RN license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire or within a set period after hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
