Gross $2,529.60 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is
responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assessing
patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and
evaluating outcomes. The RN works collaboratively with physicians
and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective,
and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with
professional standards and facility policies. Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor
patient conditions and document changes accurately and timely
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Perform and interpret patient assessments, vital signs, and
clinical data Provide patient and family education regarding
conditions, treatments, and care plans Collaborate with physicians,
nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and
delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as
appropriate Maintain accurate and complete medical records in
accordance with facility standards Follow infection control,
safety, and quality assurance protocols Respond effectively to
emergencies and changes in patient status Advocate for patient
safety, comfort, and well-being Work Environment Hospitals,
outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation
centers, or specialty units Flexible scheduling including days,
nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required
Qualifications & Requirements Required Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in good standing (state-specific or compact license
preferred) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing
experience (experience requirements may vary by specialty) Current
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Ability to pass background
check, drug screening, and health screenings Strong clinical
judgment, critical thinking, and assessment skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) Additional certifications relevant to
specialty (ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, etc.) Experience with electronic
medical record (EMR/EHR) systems Specialty experience (e.g.,
Med-Surg, ICU, ER, OR, LTC, Rehab) Leadership or charge nurse
experience Skills & Competencies Patient-centered care and advocacy
Time management and organizational skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Attention to
detail and accurate documentation Adaptability and professionalism
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, lift, and reposition
patients for extended periods Ability to respond quickly in
