Job Description Job Description Infectious Disease Physician Opportunity We are looking for an Infectious Disease Physician to join our team, where the role encompasses a blend of administrative and clinical responsibilities. This position entails a 60% focus on administrative tasks, primarily centered on infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship, alongside a 40% clinical commitment that includes both outpatient and inpatient care. The successful candidate will also hold a faculty position at a prestigious medical school and must have completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases, along with board certification. This role is situated in Indianapolis, a lively city known for its cultural and recreational offerings. Our organization is eager to welcome an Infectious Diseases physician to our expanding team in Indianapolis, IN. The role is structured with 60% dedicated to administrative duties (40% for infection prevention and 20% for antimicrobial stewardship) and 40% for clinical responsibilities, which includes 10% outpatient and 30% inpatient care. The position also includes a faculty appointment at a well-regarded medical school and participation in the academic division of Infectious Diseases.
