Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,305 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/18/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43205! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – General and Vascular Surgery – Ohio Start Date: February 18, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required Highlights: 13-week contract extension in a 26-bed General and Vascular Surgery unit 5:1 patient ratio with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Epic charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided Diverse case mix including trauma level 3, vascular surgery, plastic surgery, GI surgery, colorectal surgery, and podiatry Manage complex patients including skin grafts, wound vacs, amputations, post-vascular surgery, and renal failure Pre-approved time off available (two requests accommodated) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience Current BLS certification required Valid Compact RN license or Ohio state license in hand at time of application Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program Proficiency with Epic EMR and telemetry monitoring Strong skills in MS/Tele, IV management, wound care, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, and blood product administration Experience with colostomy care, feeding tubes, CBI, port access, PCA pumps, and surgical drains Two professional references required (at least one from a manager or director) Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only) Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with a diverse surgical patient population in a well-supported environment with excellent interdisciplinary resources.
