to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Nurse
- Medical Surgical Oncology Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?):
Columbus, OH (onsite) Contract Duration: 16 weeks Working hours:
Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Total
hours: 36 BMT(14 & 15W) - Oncology / Mixed acuity PCU and MS unit
*13-16 week contract* Experience: Must have MS and oncology
experience in checklist (1 year minimum). Heme Onc experience is
strongly preferred. Chemo certification is NOT required Patient
Diagnoses: Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Acute Myeloid
Leukemia (Adult) Amyloidosis Aplastic Anemia Chronic Leukemia
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Chronic Myeloid (Myelogenous)
Leukemia Hodgkin's Lymphoma Multiple Myeloma Myelodysplastic
Syndrome Myeloproliferative Disorders Non-Hodgkin s Lymphoma
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Autologous Transplants: Patients
receive their own stem cells. Syngeneic Transplants: Patients
receive stem cells from their identical twin. Allogeneic
Transplants: Patients receive stem cells from their sibling,
parent, or an unrelated donor. CAR-T Therapy Certifications
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred Certifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Oncology Nursing
Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification Oncology Certified Skills
Required: MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) Telemetry monitoring
Interpretation of dysrhythmias Use of Rapid Response Teams Feeding
tube care and management Blood product administration Central line
blood draw Peripheral line care/management PICC line management
