Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Dayton, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel 13-week contract Shift: 6p-6:30am; every other weekend and holiday required Must have two years of experience as an RRT. Critical Care Experience Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree - Type of degree: Applied Science or Equivalent - Area of study or major: Respiratory Care or NBRC approved registry requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration - Valid Ohio Respiratory Care License, Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist Credential through NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care). - BLS and ACLS through AHA is required. Knowledge/Skills - Ability to analyze, prioritize and evaluate patient needs in an efficient and effective manner. - Ability to assess, recommend, implement and modify respiratory care procedures by protocol or by physician order. - Initiate, maintain, troubleshoot and wean patients from various respiratory equipment.
