Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals. Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care. Engage in performance reviews and set personal goals. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in cardiovascular nursing practices. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Ohio with a focus on cardiovascular care. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities. Experience in cardiovascular operating room nursing or similar surgical settings. Willingness to engage in performance reviews and set personal goals.
