Job Description:
Job Description Job Title: Physician Location: Chillicothe, OH
45601 Shift: 40 hours per week Duration: 6 months to long term Job
Responsibilities: - Working collaboratively with intra and inter
departmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing
nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing
an electronic health record system. - Conducting exams and writing
evaluations and reports. - Ordering and interpreting diagnostic
testing . - Managing medication. - Completing reclassifications and
other reviews as indicated. - Making referrals for specialized care
or treatment. - Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement
meetings and activities, including peer reviews. - Engaging in
collaborative agreements, as needed. Required Documents: - Active
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. - Active Physician License
in the State of Ohio. - Copy of Board Certification - DEA
Registration.
