Job Description Job Description About Us: DeCoach Recovery is a
leading addiction treatment center dedicated to providing
comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with
substance use disorders. We offer a range of evidence-based
treatments and therapies tailored to each patient's unique needs,
with a focus on long-term recovery and wellness. The Need: We are
seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Clinical
Services for our Dayton in-patient facility. The ideal candidate
will have experience managing a collaborative team and overseeing
clinical operations. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership &
Operations: Directs daily clinical activities, implements treatment
protocols, and ensures high standards of patient care. Compliance &
Risk Management: Ensures strict adherence to federal, state, and
local regulations and legal policies. Staff Management: Hires,
trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical staff performance.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develops strategic goals, manages
budgets, and oversees resource allocation. Quality Assurance:
Monitors clinical performance data, reviews documentation, and
implements improvements. Communication & Liaison: Serves as a
liaison between medical staff, administration, patients, and
families. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: A degree in
healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred
Licensure: Preferred licensure would an active LISW, LISW-S, LPCC,
or LPSS-S Experience: Proven experience in clinical leadership,
management, or a supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership,
communication, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
