April 20, 2026 - End Date: July 20, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks -
Shifts: 3 x 12-hour day shifts (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM) - Hours per
Week: 36 guaranteed - Patient Ratio: 1:5 - Weekend Requirement: As
required per hospital needs - Floating: Required within units of
equivalent or lower acuity - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,720 –
$1,820 Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years recent Med-Surg / Rehab
RN experience; stroke rehabilitation experience preferred - Active
RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at submission) —
Ohio nursing jobs applicants only - BCLS certification required -
EPIC electronic health record (EHR) / EPIC charting experience
required - Previous travel nurse experience preferred - Graduate of
an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program - Flu vaccine required
(medical exemptions only) - Two professional references required
(one from a manager/director or supervisor) - Must complete Ohio
fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing Key
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care for patients
in a general and stroke rehabilitation setting as a Med/Surg RN /
Rehabilitation RN - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for
patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs, including
stroke, transplant, burn, and oncology overflow - Perform clinical
skills such as telemetry monitoring, central line care, wound care,
and administration of blood products - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams: physical therapy, occupational therapy,
speech therapy, respiratory therapy, IV teams, case management, and
physicians - Document accurately in EPIC and participate in
discharge planning and patient/family education on rehabilitation
techniques and disease processes - Float to other units as needed
and adhere to infection prevention, fall risk, and safety protocols
- Participate in rotating holidays and weekend coverage per
