The RN assesses patient health problems, develops care plans, administers medications, and supports patients and their families throughout the treatment process. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient health conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Record patient symptoms, vital signs, and medical histories. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
