About the Practice Join 3 board-certified ENTs and 2 Nurse Practitioners General ENT ( sinus, ears, head & neck, secondary cosmetics opportunity ) Experienced support staff NO required ER CALL Compensation/ Benefits $400,000-$500,000 ( depending on experience ) 2-year salary guarantee Seven-figure compensation opportunity $75,000 Signing Bonus Health/dental/vision, disability, and life insurance & paid occurrence-based malpractice with tail coverage 401K retirement with employer match About the Area Conveniently located near three major cities: Indianapolis (40 min), Louisville(1hr.), and Cincinnati (1.5hr).
