Job Description An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon in Lima, Ohio. Position Overview The Orthopedic Surgeon will diagnose and surgically treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders, helping patients recover through both operative and non-operative treatment approaches. Key Responsibilities ? Perform orthopedic surgical procedures for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions ? Diagnose and treat fractures, joint injuries, and degenerative orthopedic diseases ? Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment and surgical plans ? Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care ? Collaborate with rehabilitation and physical therapy teams for recovery planning ? Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Clinical Focus The physician will treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions including: ? Bone fractures and trauma injuries ? Joint injuries and disorders ? Degenerative musculoskeletal conditions ? Sports-related injuries ?
