This contract position offers an opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills in medical-surgical oncology, providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Key Responsibilities: - Administer chemotherapy treatments safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols. - Monitor patient responses to oncology therapies and manage side effects. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication regimens, and symptom management. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
