Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing outpatient physical therapy in a clinic setting, including ortho and neuro caseloads. Experience with Epic electronic medical record documentation. Ability to provide 1-on-1 patient care and supervise or develop therapy assistants as needed. Willingness to float to inpatient areas occasionally. Pediatric to geriatric experience desirable; typical patient ages may range from approximately 10–100. Preferred: prior experience in rural health settings or small-hospital outpatient clinics. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital outpatient clinic. Shift name: Evenings. Schedule: 36-40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with evening hours required. Employer will work with candidate to determine best schedule (examples: 3x12, 4x10, or variable 8s). Clinic hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
