partner facilities. Maxim seeks a Family Practice Physician for a

Schedule: Days, M-F No Call Required MD or DO FP BC/BE EMR:
Allscript Must see all ages Prefer Current OH Licensed Providers
Avg PPD: 20-25 Salary Range: $225K+ RVU Credentialing Time Frame:
60- 90 Days No Visa Applicants SOB & Relo Assistance Student Loan
