What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients in collaboration with a pediatric anesthesiologist
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, based on pre-operative assessment
• Deliver safe, patient-centered perioperative care in a pediatric Level 1 trauma center environment
• Perform anesthesia-related clinical assessment and ongoing monitoring throughout cases
• Coordinate with the OR team (anesthesia providers and nursing staff) to support efficient case flow
• Support pain-management and perioperative needs as applicable
• Maintain clinical documentation and communicate effectively with patients families and the care team

What You NeedRequired

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification
• Licensure in the State of Ohio
• PALS certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

Preferred

• 1 3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience
