The Moraine Fire Division will strive to maintain and improve the quality of life of all who live, visit, work or invest in the communities in which we respond. Additional Disqualifiers: Must pass written and physical examination, criminal background check, reference check, drug screen, polygraph, physical ability test, and psychological evaluation. Applications must be filed online at the City of Moraine's website. No applications will be accepted in-person or by mail. All applicants are required to complete the Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) on the NTN website. Application, required documentation and the PHQ must be complete in order to be considered for the position. The exam for The City of Moraine Fire Division will be conducted Thursday, August 25, 2016, and Monday, August 29, 2016 at the Sinclair Community College, Building 20. Doors for the exam will lock at 9:00 am and no one will be allowed into the examination after that time. A valid driver's license will be required to enter the exam. If an applicant has taken the exam within the past six (6) months, they may transfer their scores. However, if an applicant wishes to transfer a previous test score and meets all requirements, they must complete a City application and the NTN PHQ in order to be considered for this position. Additional information regarding the exam will be provided at the time of application. Special accommodations must be requested at the time of application. Select the department and read over all the requirements and if qualified, select a testing location and a time and date for testing on the website calendar. A CPAT can also be scheduled by clicking on the CPAT icon on the main page of the website and then following the instructions.
