General Overview of Position

The position of Field Assembly Supervisor is a full time position requiring 40+ hours per week and reports directly to a Territory Manager. This position is responsible for leading and directing a team of employees in the operations of a specific area containing multiple customers and stores

Job Responsibilities

Effectively lead and manage the team of employees to include coaching, counseling, training, performance reviews and employee development.
Create customer focused practices and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Comply with store schedules and coordination of all work, in store and residential, within the area of responsibility.
Collaborate with the Territory Manager to review daily, weekly and monthly reports to drive profitably of the district and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to hire and maintain required staffing levels for all positions within the area.
Conduct all training, to include orientation and ongoing training, for employees and ensure all are adequately trained per Company Training program and conduct quality/sales walks while in these locations.
Ensure compliance with procedures related to sales, safety, quality and loss prevention.
Assemble all products according to manufacturer's directions and specifications
Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Position Requirements

Excellent management, customer service and communication skills.
General skills in MS Office.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to possess and use required tools.
Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to provide an acceptable background and driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen.

Essential Job Functions

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk for long periods of time and periodically climb up and down stairs.
Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching.
Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble small parts and calibrate precise measurements.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
Required overnight travel up 10% of the time.

Compensation

Piecework commission/ Non Exempt
District bonus pay as a % of tech sales in the assigned district
Annual bonus program.
Annual performance appraisals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
