Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing center in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and understand directions.

Position Requirements

Previous housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.

Job Specific Details:

ProMedica of Centerville is actively recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training for the FULL-TIME position of Laundry-Housekeeping Aide. This position does include working every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) as well as every other holiday (of our 6 recognized holidays of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). This position includes working on a master schedule (your schedule will repeat every two weeks, prefect for appointment scheduling). Approximate hours per week (with lunches deducted) is 37.5.
