SRM Transport Services LLC is now hiring Seasonal Non-CDL Delivery Drivers in Vandalia, OH.This is a seasonal position with the possibility of turning into a full-time permanent position.This job is only for responsible, highly reliable people capable of independently managing their own performance.The Delivery Driver is responsible for the daily customer service on a given route which distributes a high volume of small packages (less than 65 lbs) in a relatively condensed cluster in our area. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, superior time management skills, and be obsessed with providing a level of performance that makes them stand out from the rest!Qualifications:-----Must have a valid driver's license ---NO CDL required-----Must be able to pass a 7-year background screening-----Must have a clean 3-year driving record-----Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug test-----Must possess excellent customer service skills (patient and friendly with a desire to please/serve)-----Must be able to use a company-provided smart phone--- Willing to move in and out of a van over 150 times a day-----Must be reliable (variations in schedules or tardiness are not permitted)-----Must be 21 years of age-----We will pay for your training to become great at what you do.-----Bring a positive attitude, a willingness to work and a great opportunity is in front of you.
