We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Englewood location, emphasizing operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring compliance with Perkins and JDK's standards for food quality, preparation, sanitation, and safety. Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, including hiring, training, and performance management. Plan and execute local marketing strategies to enhance customer base and overall profitability. Monitor and manage restaurant budget, including analyzing and reporting financial performance to senior management. Handle inventory and resources, ensuring optimal stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain the highest level of food quality and presentation. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain a high satisfaction rating.
