Join the dynamic team at Pilot Company as a Wendy's Cashier at one of our bustling Pilot Flying J travel centers. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in representing our commitment to providing superior customer service and delicious, quick food options to travelers and truck drivers alike. As part of our team, you will engage with a diverse group of customers, help manage transactions smoothly, and contribute to a friendly dining atmosphere. Greet customers as they approach the counter and provide details on menu options and promotions. Efficiently process customer orders and payments using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold health and safety standards. Deliver orders promptly ensuring order accuracy and quality. Collaborate with team members to manage high volumes of orders during peak times. Manage basic troubleshooting of POS system and escalate issues as necessary. Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies. Ensure compliance with all Pilot Company policies and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic mathematical and money-handling skills Customer-oriented approach Familiarity with POS systems and technology Medical Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certificate (as required by local regulations or company policy)
