Job Description:
Aramark seeks a dedicated Dining Services Manager to oversee the
daily operations of our dining facilities. This role is crucial for
maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring
the dining experience meets and exceeds expectations. The manager
will be responsible for all aspects of the dining service
operations within institutions such as universities and hospitals,
including meal planning, staff management, budgeting, and
sanitation. This position plays a key role in enhancing our
reputation by continuing our tradition of excellence and innovation
in customer service and operational efficiency. Manage day-to-day
operations of dining services. Plan, organize, and manage the staff
and resources to deliver excellent customer service. Develop and
execute menus that meet cost and quality objectives. Ensure
compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage budget to
ensure efficient operation and cost control. Train and mentor staff
while promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Monitor customer satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews. Strong
leadership and management skills Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Proficient in budget management and cost
control Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Customer-oriented
