Summary Responsibilities:Providescomprehensive administrative, clerical and reporting support to theHospital Talent Acquisition and Human Resources department. Will also provide support for specific projects when requested.Will develop processes that will assist in the hiring and onboarding of candidates to meet organizational objectives and is familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures for recruiting. Perform a variety of tasks and work under general supervision.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to theHospital Human Resources Talent Acquisition department.Assist in supporting the full life-cycle recruitment process from candidate contacts, candidate qualification and screening, candidate referrals, interview scheduling and follow up, extending offers and closing the the candidate to meet organizational needs.Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that may include, but are not limited to performing data entry tasks; entering and tracking candidate data; maintaining a current list of new hires; and running reportsCoordinate and distribute forms, offer letters and sign-on bonus agreements.Communicate with new-hires, recruiters and hospital leadership to ensure required documents and other tasks are completed. Communication with new hires would be via email and phone to welcome them, answer questions and follow up on missing documentation.Assist with job postings.Work directly with recruiters andtalent acquisition managementto execute sourcing strategies.Assist with data integrity associated with the applicant tracking system.Effectively prioritize responsibilities to produce results in a timely manner.Maintain appropriate records - create and maintain tracking reports.Collaborate with hospital leaders as needed.Work with talent acquisition directors and other members of talent acquisition management on presentations.Facilitate any special Hospital Division department projects as necessary.Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.Upbeat and energetic,self-confident,organized, tech-savvy professional with the ability to work in a self-paced and self-directed environment, with strong attention to detail.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able toadapt to change, multi-task and respond to difficult and challenging situations in a professional manner.Solid organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to follow up on open items in a timely manner and effectively prioritize work on a daily basis with minimal supervision;to include planning, organizing and prioritizing to effectively manage and complete all aspects of projects.Abilityto communicate and work well in a team environment.Strong communication skills(written & verbal), with the ability to communicate information and ideas to others in a clear manner.Strong problem solving,time management, organization and prioritization skills.Successful experience working in deadline driven environments.Computer/Technology proficient - internal and external web-based products, text messaging,Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency in Excel.Utilize sound judgment and ability to handle pressure when advising others.
