Our area of expertise is in visual inspection, dimensional inspection, quality engineering support and other quality support services. Clients include manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Appliance and general manufacturing industries.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual for a Staffing Coordinator position, responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.Primary responsibilities include: ? Identify company staffing needs and requirements.? Develop and maintain current job descriptions.? Candidate screening and interviewing.? Manage new employee onboarding process and orientation.? Work with temporary staffing companies to meet staffing requirements.? Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategies.? Manage employee recognition programs.? Ensure proper documentation and employee files are accurate and comply with legal and company policies of record retention.? Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities.Qualified Candidates Requirements:High School diploma or Equivalent (College degree preferred). Relevant experience will be considered.Minimum 2 years experience in a Staffing Coordinator or HR role.Knowledge of developing and implementing human resource strategies including hiring, training and orientating new employees.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with all MS Office applications.Supplier Inspection Services, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision and IRA.
