Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior International Recruiter for their Global Talent Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Support staffing and candidate selection processes for proposals and projects
Engage and retain talent through continuous candidate engagement techniques
Mentor staff in recruitment methods and lead efforts to improve staffing protocols and practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and/or marketing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing for international development projects and proposals preferred
Direct experience training colleagues on recruitment processes and best practices
Thorough understanding of government contract rules and regulations
