Job Description We are looking for a talented Full Stack
Software Developer to join our Development/IT team at ChemStation
International. The ideal candidate will have solid SQL backend
development skills, experience with popular web development
frameworks like Angular, a strong understanding of .NET development
alongside MVC framework, and experience with developing and
maintaining RESTful APIs (C#). The candidate should have a deep
understanding of development methodologies, popular design
philosophies, and experience working with client-server desktop and
web applications. Finally, the candidate should have experience
with GIT and Agile development practices. The Software Developer is
responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised
features within the company---s internal business application in
coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of
this role is to design, code, debug, test, deploy, and maintain the
company---s business applications software. The developer will be
part of a collaborative team among other developer(s) and IT
professionals. This is a full-time remote position, with the option
to work from our corporate office in Dayton, OH. Remote Candidates
will be required to reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
This position is full time, with a 40-hour work week. Required
Qualifications: 5 years of software development including analysis,
testing, debugging, implementing, and deploying 2 years of Angular
including TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS 2 years .NET including
C# and MVC framework 2 years of MySQL experience including writing
stored procedures, developing queries, and RDBMS concepts 2 years
of experience developing/supporting RESTful APIs 2 years of
experience using GIT Experience with Agile development
methodologies BS degree in Computer Science or Information
Technology --- or equivalent experience Job responsibilities:
Customize and configure company---s applications to support
business functions and meet project objectives and goals
Participate in requirement analysis and definition Prepare code
documentation in support of program development Participate in
business process work sessions, project meetings, and joint
application development sessions Work with other software engineers
and IT professionals to meet deliverables Multitask and work well
independently and in a team environment Participate in all aspects
of the SDLC to help achieve business outcomes effectively and
efficiently Follow established company software development
guidelines and procedures Communicate effectively and
professionally at all levels of the organization Be a
critical-thinker and a key contributor in driving our business
