Job Description:

Infoscitex, a DCS company, is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to support a high visibility, high impact research and development program building tools to support of the collections management and planning community. As a Full Stack Software developer, you will have the opportunity to develop front-end interfaces, create back-end databases and services, integrate, and incorporate external services, and work directly with external customers and operators. You will also be joining a growing team of engineers, scientists, and subject matter experts in Dayton, OH, dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our nations Airmen. Essential Job Functions: Work with subject matter experts to identify needs and workflows of our operational customers. Build web based applications, interfaces, and data visualizations to support operational customer needs. Design and interface with in-house databases and interact with external data sources. Develop data capture and analysis tools to support the research and program improvement. Participate in the team's agile development process. Help provide documentation, integration, and training support to users. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. At least a BS degree and at least 8 years of related development experience. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: eligible to attain a U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance. Examples of past work highly encouraged. Experience with front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React). Experience with deploying and interacting with databases. (e.g., MongoDB, SQL, etc.). Comfortable with version control software (i.e., Git) and project management tools. (e.g.: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) Excellent written and verbal English communications skills. Ability to work well in team environments. Some intermittent travel to support integration and training is likely. Desired Skills: Experience or understanding of collections management. Experience with platform and sensor modeling and simulation. Experience deploying software to cloud environments. Active TS/SCI security clearance.
