Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Field Service Technician position for a leading manufacturer of centrifugal feeding systems, overseeing the Sales Team to drive project goals.

Position Details:
--- Title: Field Service Technician
--- Location: Dayton, OH
--- Shift: Generally Monday - Friday, Day Shift. Some variance may be necessary.
--- Compensation: $26-$28/hr. based on experience, First Year W2 - $70K with projects and potential OT
--- Benefits: Company offers a great benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short and Long-Term Disability; 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.
--- Travel: Initially dedicated to a single site. After 12 months, increase to 30-40% travel (mostly domestic, some international) to support corporate service and installation teams.

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Field Service Technician will be to install, assemble, and maintain equipment at client facilities. This technician will begin by completing installation and service support at an assigned site as part of a client support contract as well as supporting other customers and projects.

Requirements:
--- Experience or equivalent knowledge of processing equipment
--- Able to install, service, repair, test and troubleshoot industrial machinery (mechanically based, electrical experience and knowledge beneficial)
--- Manage applicable documentation, such as technical document, work reports, and records
--- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
--- Superb time-management skills
--- Possess a valid Driver's License and have or be able to attain a passport
