Job Skills / Requirements Summit Building Services is looking for a part time supervisor to join our janitorial team! We service commercial buildings in Reynoldsburg, Hebron, New Albany, Westerville, and the surrounding areas. You would be assisting with coverage, training new employees, detail work, and assisting with supply orders. 20-30 hours weekly : Monday-Saturday, varying schedule starting at 3pm Pay: $22.00 hourly You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work, a valid drivers license, and be able to pass drug tests and background checks. If you have experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services we encourage you to apply! Job Duties Include: Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints promptly Supervise, train, motivate and develop team members Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence Disciplinary action and retraining of employees when necessary Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary Complete work tickets Send reports to Area Manager Recommendation of special project work when needed Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position Carry out supervisory responsibilities by the company’s policies and applicable laws.
