Job Description:
Clean Harbors, a North American leader in environmental, energy,
and industrial services, seeks an experienced Regional Class A
Vac-Tanker Driver to join our team. This role is vital for
transporting hazardous waste while complying with safety and
environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will operate company
vehicles for transporting materials within regional boundaries,
ensuring timely and safe delivery, maintaining rigorous safety
standards, and enhancing our commitment to environmental
stewardship. Operate Class A Vac-Tankers for regional transport of
hazardous waste. Adhere to all local, state, and federal
regulations concerning safety and hazardous waste transportation.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure
operational safety. Complete and submit transport and delivery
documentation timely and accurately. Coordinate with dispatch and
route managers for efficient delivery scheduling. Respond to
customer inquiries and represent Clean Harbors professionally
during deliveries. Proficient in operating vac-tankers and related
equipment. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety
compliance. Ability to handle emergency response situations
effectively. Skill in maintaining and inspecting transportation
equipment. Excellent route planning and navigation abilities.
Medical Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
(CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Clean driving record.
DOT medical certificate.
