Job Description:

US Foods, a leader in foodservice distribution, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Maintenance Technician to ensure operational efficiencies by maintaining the physical condition of our warehouse and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of our warehouse systems to ensure smooth operational workflow. This role is crucial in minimizing downtime and enhancing the safety and efficiency of our facilities. Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all warehouse machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Record and maintain logs of maintenance work. Collaborate with management and other technical staff to improve operations. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repairs Strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle physical workload and operate heavy machinery Knowledge of safety compliance and procedures Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Technical certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred OSHA Safety Certification is advantageous
