Job Description:
Hogan1 is inviting skilled CDL A Truck Drivers to join our
dedicated team in the Transportation and Logistics department. As
the frontline operators in our innovative transportation network,
our drivers play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and
reliability for which Hogan1 is renowned. The selected candidates
will manage routes and schedules efficiently while ensuring the
safe transport of goods, aligning with our commitment to superior
service delivery. Operate a tractor-trailer combination or a truck
with a capacity of at least 26,000 GVW, to transport and deliver
goods, or materials in loose or packaged form. Ensure compliance
with company policies, as well as safety and traffic regulations.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to
the vehicles. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspection
of vehicle systems, equipment and accessories such as tires,
lights, and turning signals, and brakes. Manage routes and
schedules to optimize time and fuel efficiency. Maintain logs of
working hours and of vehicle service or repair status, adhering to
federal and state regulations. Coordinate with dispatchers,
warehouse staff, and customers to ensure precise and timely
deliveries. Handle documentation necessary for cargo, ensuring
confidentiality and integrity. Proficiency in operating commercial
trucks and tractor-trailer combinations. Excellent navigation
skills and familiarity with route management. Strong time
management and customer service skills. Ability to maintain
composure under pressure, handle unexpected situations, and provide
solutions. Physical fitness and ability to handle physical
workload. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Medical

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Must have a
