Job Description:
The Production Line Specialist is responsible for food
manufacturing and processing in an assembly line. Job Duties This
position operates the station on a food production line and
produces food products within specifications as required on the
daily schedule Responsible for producing food products within the
specified quality requirements Follows and promotes Food Safety and
practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense
techniques Monitors products as they are produced to ensure high
quality and that product meets all specifications Performs duties
in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company
policies Cleans and sanitizes the production area in the facility
Informs supervisor and/or manager of any equipment malfunctions or
other production issues as they arise Must be flexible to work
overtime, weekends, and holidays upon occasion Other duties as
assigned Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or equivalent 1
year or less of applicable job experience Ability to add, subtract,
multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions and decimals Knowledge of manufacturing procedures
and operations preferred Experience and desire to support a culture
built on collaboration, sharing of ideas and celebration of
successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with

cross-functional teams. Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm Mandatory
