Job Description:
Must have at least 2 years of extruder experience Our client, a
leading manufacturing organization specializing in extrusion
processes, is seeking a dedicated Extruded Machine Operator to join
their team. As an Extruded Machine Operator, you will be an
integral part of the production department supporting operational
excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention
to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Extruded
Machine Operator Location: Greenville, OH Pay Range: $42,240 -
$49,920 Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – enjoy a
4-day work week! What's the Job? Set up and operate extruder, die,
takeoff unit, and auxiliary equipment according to production
orders and/or Master Specifications. Supervise and coordinate the
activities of utility employees assigned to the production line.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and material
defects as they arise. Continuously inspect the sheet and extrusion
process to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Complete
production and quality reports, ensuring all documentation is
filled out accurately. What's Needed? High school diploma or
equivalent (GED). Minimum of 2 years of experience on an Extruder
Machine. Strong attendance and excellent safety record. Comfort
with wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE),
including hearing protection, safety glasses, hairnets, and safety
shoes. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and
