This includes monitoring devices in the field for issues, scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, and updating the knowledge base.Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide system operation services to STRATACACHE clients
• Provide technical support assistance
• Update daily monitoring reports
• Perform other duties as requestedBasic Qualifications
  • Minimum of High School degree required; Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • 2+ years technical support or relevant experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
