Job Description:

We are recruiting for an Air Force (AF) Financial Systems Trainer and Functional Expert to support--training for AF Financial Management using DEAMS.--Qualified candidates will have DEAMS expertise and experience with--home-station, mobile, and/or webinar training delivery and developing training materials.Requirements include:* U.S. citizenship* Current secret clearance* Bachelor's degree* 6+ years of AF FM experience * Experience with AF base level resource management processes and systems (e.g., one or more of the following - ABSS, BQ, CRIS, WAWF, etc.) with extensive experience delivering briefings, professional development sessions, or other similar presentations or instruction* Experience creating and updating training materials, lesson plans, and handouts* Ability to travel extensively in support of deployment training of the new system to various locations and to provide on-site reach back training(up to four to eight-week intervals, three times per year)Preferred experience includes:* Subject matter expert in the areas of training material development and implementation of training options such as instructor-led, hands-on, and web-based training* Experience and familiarity with DEAMS, and AF Education and Training standards* Experience in designing, developing, and delivering classroom instruction - to include analyzing student needs, developing appropriate training aids, and working as part of an instructor team in the classroom setting* Experience utilizing automated training software to translate written documentation to computer-based training (CBT) scripts/courses for use as long distance sustainment training* Experience developing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining documents for system deployment and sustainment training using specified software according to current requirementFamiliarity With:* Automated Business Service System (ABSS)* Commander's Resource Integration System (CRIS)* Defense Travel System (DTS)* Reserve Travel System (RTS)* Intra-governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC)* Defense Transaction Interface Module (DTIM)* General Accounting and Finance System-Rehost (GAFS-R)* Query (BQ) General Accounting Finance System-Base Level (GAFS-BL)* Integrated Accounts Payable System (IAPS)* Central Disbursing System (CDS)* Defense Cash Management System (DCMS)* Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS)* Defense Departmental Reporting System (DDRS)* Standard Materiel Accounting System (SMAS)* Standard Base Supply System (SBSS)* Contract Writing System (ConWrite)* Automated Contract Preparation System (ACPS)* Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS)#D#CB*MON
