Job Description:
Direct Support Professionals (DSP)/Adult Services Program Aide
Full Time Positions Duties Our dedicated, high quality DSPs provide
support and assistance to clients in their performance of
habilitation and vocational programs. "DutiesComplete required
documentation in a clear and precise manner. "DutiesAssist with
daily living activities when required by clients. "DutiesAct as an
appropriate role model for all clients. "DutiesMaintain a team
focus in all job-related areas. "DutiesTrain and assist clients in
a vocational setting. Qualifications A H.S. Diploma or GED is
required. "DutiesPrevious knowledge/training in personal care,
especially with Adults in a vocational setting, is preferred.
"DutiesThis applicant is required to have a valid Ohio drivers
license and be in compliance with Agency insurance carrier
requirements, must meet all requirements necessary to provide
non-medical and/or HPC transportation according to the Ohio
Department of Developmental Disabilities. "DutiesCandidates must
have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. "DutiesCertification in CPR
and First Aid is also required.
