Work from Home- Start ASAP!Our team is hiring a group of Contract Specialists to assist a well-known Healthcare Network with contracting and onboarding new Providers into the Network.

• Completely remote
• 6 month contract (opportunities to apply for full-time positions based on availability)
• Seeking team-oriented individuals who are comfortable training and working completely remotelyDescription:Contract Specialists will join the Contracting team to assist with new market expansion. The Contracting Department handles all new contracts between healthcare providers and the healthcare network company, assessing the contracts, auditing the information for accuracy, ensuring all required supporting documentation is included, ensuring SOPs and regulations are followed, and following up with healthcare providers to get contracts signed.Skills:Contract, Administrative assistance, Legal contracts, Administrative support, Data entry, Customer service, Crm, Contracts administration, Microsoft excel, Contract reviewTop Skills Details:Contract KnowledgeFamiliarly of the healthcare fieldIntermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook-- Experience with CORHIO and OnBase is a plus!Additional Skills & Qualifications:The Contract Specialist will review incoming applications from healthcare providers (Dr.'s offices, hopsitals, etc.) who want to become a part of the Healthcare network. The Contract specialist will review the application, process it accordingly, and follow up between the Provider and the Healthcare Network (internal) to ensure all documents get signed and the contract is executed.- Prior experience with Contracting is ideal and preferred. - Experience in the healthcare field will help add familiarity and relevance to the work being done and allow candidates to catch onto the role quickly.- Ability to work independently, remotely, but also in a team setting is key (the team is very collaborative and works together often)- Being able to train and work independently is important as this role is remote- Good computer skills is also extremely important for success in this role- Ability to accept constructive criticism will be key to success, as there is a lot to learn with the contracting role- Ability to adapt to change is key, as the team is working with a new market and there may be changes to SOPs or regulations that will need to be addressedPlease apply today!
