We are teaming with a very large convenience store chain to hire the best Customer Care Representatives in Springfield and Enon, Ohio. Pay rate: $14.00 / hour + 100 BONUS Perks: High potential for advancement is available with flexible hours. The brand-new facility is state of the art. Shifts: First shift, Mid Shift and Week End Shift M-F 8a-5p Daily Job Duties The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring customers have a pleasant experience. Day to day job duties include:

  • Taking inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
  • Providing professional customer service
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Additional tasks as needed Requirements
    • At least 6 month's experience in customer service
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong Interpersonal skills
