Job Description:

Staffmark has immediate openings for Call Center Representatives to work in Troy, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a phenomenal company. Hours: 12:00pm- 8:00pm and/or 2:00pm- 10:00pm You will need to be flexible to cover weekends with 2 consecutive days off during the week. Job Duties Include:

  • Taking calls from customers and dispensing information
  • Following accurate procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Entering data into the system with minimal error rate Requirements:
    • Prefer candidates to have 1+ year call center customer service or equivalent administrative experience
    • Great communication and telephone skills are a must
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and typing skills.
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment effectively
    • Must be able to accurately perform basic math calculations including percentages.
