Dayton Precision Aerospace is looking for a skilled Surface Grinder! Come work in a collaborative environment on a wide range of innovative, exciting, precision projects! We need an experienced and talented machinist to run various grinders. The main job would revolve around a surface grinder and some water grinder work. We also perform OD and ID grinding both manual and CNC controlled. Experience in these areas is a plus. The ideal candidate will be able to hold very close tolerances and perform precision work. Holding 0.0002" tolerances and better is required. .

Requirements:

• Must be able to do their own set-ups
• Responsible for in-process inspections
• Be able to read prints and follow written and verbal job instructions
• If you have your own measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, scale, etc), it's a plus!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (for Surface Grinder)
