Quality Systems SupervisorThe Quality Systems Supervisor, leads
and actively participates in the application of Quality Systems
processes. Ensures corporate wide compliance with all federal,
state, international and local regulations, ISO registration, and
accreditation requirements. Develops strategic goals and activities
to support all operations throughout the organization.Essential Job
FunctionsPlans and leads all Process Control activities, including,
but not limited to; active participation in the creation, revision,
review, and approval of departmental policies, procedures and
related documents, validations, event reports, and change
evaluations and effectiveness checks.Ensures proper and timely
notification of outside agencies, as required by
regulation/standard.Ensures proper corrective and preventive
actions are taken and documented. Ensures all effectiveness checks
have been completed. Monitors processes and evaluates the need for
further action. Oversees the follow-up and implementation of
actions related to audits, inspections, and Change Order and
Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) items.Reviews documents
thoroughly, ensuring compliance with applicable manufacturer's
requirements, accreditation standards and regulations. Review
operational procedures and ensure the directions and parameters
described reflect validated conditions.Initiates and carries out
process improvement initiatives. Continually monitors activities to
identify opportunities for improvement and for compliance with
regulatory agency standards and guidelines.Establishes goals for
self and staff, consistent with CBC/CTS's mission and strategic
plan. Sets performance standards for the Q/RA Department. Meets
personal and departmental goals. Motivates staff to meet
goals.Select, hire, onboard, train and develop employees.Performs
