Job DescriptionOrthopedic Associates (OA) is recruiting a Patient Care Tech (PCT) Float Associate to join our company. OA is a privately-owned, regional leader in comprehensive orthopedic care. Duties include; but are not limited to, Patient Care Tech Duties

• Preparing rooms for patients
• Ensuring that the room is clean and proper equipment is set up for patient's needs
• Assisting patients to appropriate clinical rooms
• Collecting Meaningful Use information
• Occasionally performing historian duties (collecting past medical history and social history from patient by phone prior to appointment and directing to appropriate person)
• Ensure a clean and safe patient care environment
• Responsible for obtaining vitals
• Data entry
• Providing top notch customer service to patients, families, guests and staff
