How You can Make an Impact: As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be the instrumental part of the team, focused on User Research, Strategy formation, cross-functional collaboration. You'll get to make your mark here at Ontada by: Leading the User Research efforts on the major Ontada Digital Product initiatives Setting Strategy for User Research across all Ontada products, planning and executing Working with a team of designers, product managers, and R&D colleagues Educating designers and product team members on conducting research Creating and orchestrating the user research strategy What You'll Need 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.) Relevant product research experience, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting What Will Help You Excel? Experience working in healthcare, or other equally complicated domain Experience using Figma, Jira, other enterprise product management tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many deadlines 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above) 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization Why Ontada? This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
