actively recruiting an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
Sales Support Associate to join our growing team in our Springboro,
OH -office. - As Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible
for providing professional -support to members of the Sales Team. -
-This includes order processing, customer interaction, order
management and other duties that ensure the timely and accurate
processing of orders and a world class experience for our
customers. - Responsibilities will include:
Provide accurate and timely support
and communication to the remote sales team, members of the inside
sales team, and/or customersData entry of purchase orders and
processing all appropriate paperwork for production and
shippingAnswer and respond to incoming phone calls and e-mails from
customers; provide requested information, answer questions,
research issues, respond to concerns, etc.Monitor scheduled
shipping dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite, as needed.
-Assist in the RMA process where needed. -Assist with additional
duties and projects as neededThe ideal candidate will have at least
2-4+ years' experience in a similar customer support / customer
service or business support role. - Knowledge of Salesforce or
other customer management system a plus, but not required. -
Candidates should have good technical aptitude with the ability and
desire to learn new programs. - The successful candidate will have
experience working cross-departmentally and will have excellent
communication skills. - Must be customer focused and solution
driven. - You should have a professional demeanor, able to interact
effectively with all levels, internally and externally. - You must
be reliable and dependable as this is an extremely important
support position. - Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(Outlook, Work, Excel)Must be a self-starter, resourceful,
creative, analytical, and detail-orientedHave a positive, can-do
attitudeProactive problem solver able to anticipate needs and act
