A company is looking for a Life Customer Contact Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and assistance to customers
Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
Communicate effectively and tactfully with agents and policyowners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous customer service/call center experience preferred
Ability to maneuver through multiple information screens
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
