A company is looking for a Remote Foreclosure Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and review foreclosure tracking templates to ensure timely
completion of tasks
Communicate with team members, clients, and investors during
foreclosure proceedings
Manage vendor performance and notify management of any issues
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; some college
preferred
Two years of recent foreclosure experience
Notary Public or prior Paralegal experience preferred
Understanding of foreclosure processes and proceedings
Strong organizational and time management skills
