• Certification: Current CPR certification.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist by CAAHEP and passing a national certification examination (CST) OR NCCT OR Armed Forces (military) Program

  • Length: 13 Weeks
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    Education: High School graduate or GED required.
    • Job Requirements
    • Certified Tech Preferred but not required.
    • Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology (civilian or military), Associate of Arts Degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited technical or Liberal Arts College or 10 plus years experience as a Surgical Technologist.
    • Certification: Current CPR certification.
    • Certification as a Surgical Technologist under the Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technologist by graduating from a CAAHEP and passing a national certification examination (CST) OR, certification under the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or certification under the Armed Forces (military) Program
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: Days 8 preferred, will consider 10s or 12s
      • Length: 13 Weeks
      • Call: At minimum 1-2 days a week and minimum one weekend a month (Fri-Sun)

        • I9 required per contract.
        • Subcontractors - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required. Must be on the Lotus Branded form.
        • Government Issued Photo ID is required.
        • Everify required per contract.
        • Required if the candidate has a different name on their documents. Must provide legal documentation of the name change, such as a marriage license, divorce decree, etc.
